Bay Colony Club is a corporate fitness center open to the public.  With our friendly atmosphere, you will feel comfortable the first day.  Despite our size, we have a wide variety of equipment and there is always something available.
 
Hours:  Monday - Thursday 6am - 8pm
            Friday 6am - 7pm     (We are closed on the weekends) 
 
Cardiovascular Equipment:  Our cardio area offers a variety of equipment designed to burn calories.  We have treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, upright and recumbant bikes, and rowers.  Come down to the club anytime and we will have cardio equipment available.
 
Strength Equipment:  Strength training is beneficial for everyone and our strength area has everything you need from free weights to machines.  Enjoy comfortable and adjustable equipment that helps you tone, lose fat and increase your metabolism.  Professional staff are always on hand to help you design a program that meets your needs, monitor your progress, and assist you with the use of equipment.
 
Group Exercise:  Our group exercise program offers something for everyone.  We offer a variety of classes that will challenge an athlete and are welcoming to the beginner.  The class size is small so it enables the instructor to tailor the workout to the individuals in the class.  Most classes are included in the cost of membership.  Click here to check out the schedule.
 
Amenities:  We are a full service health club with full locker facilites.  Our services include but are not limited to:
