CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
ABS: A 10 minute class focusing on exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back.
BASIC STEP: A moderate to high intensity class that involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform using various step combinations.
BOOT CAMP: This high intensity total body workout has minimal choreography with maximum fun. This class featuresa combination or calisthenics, military-style drills and muscular conditioning exercises.
MUSCLE FUSION: A class designed to develop core strength, upper & lower body strength, stability, power and flexibility. Unlimited variations incorporating Yoga, Pilates, mat Pilates and athletic training. Weights, bands and balls will be used to focus on the mind body connection, movement, balance, coordination and breathing to relax the mind, increase circulation and reduce stress. Registration and additional fee required for this class (see below for rates).
SPIN: A group stationary cycling class geared for the novice and the athlete alike! You decide the intensity throughout the class by adjusting your resistance knob. Towel and water bottle are required. First timers should arrive a few minutes early to learn how to adjust the bike.
