CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
CORE TRAINING: A short class focuing on the basics of core stability by strengthening abdominal and lower back muscle. This class focuses on proper alignment and execution.
BODY BLAST: A 30 minute class focusing on one part of the body. Appropriate for all levels. Come to class warmed up.
BOOT CAMP: This high intensity total body workout has minimal choreography with maximum fun. This class featuresa combination or calisthenics, military-style drills and muscular conditioning exercises.
CARDIO MIX: This cardiovascular class can include various combinations or cardio kickboxing, plyometrics, sports conditioning drills, and step exercises. There is minimal choreography. All levels welcome.
CLUB CIRCUIT: This class allows participants to experience strength and cardio exercises in a fun classroom setting. Through class design, you will get an individual total body workout in a dynamic group atmosphere. There will be an emphasis on circuit training principles and exercise selection with easy instructions on how to progress movements to accomodate a variety of participants. All levles welcome.
CORE TRAINING: A short class focuing on core stability by strengthening abdominal and lower back muscles.
SPIN: A group stationary cycling class geared for the novice and the athlete alike! You decide the intensity throughout the class by adjusting your resistance knob. Towel and water bottle are required. First timers should arrive a few minutes early to learn how to adjust the bike.
STRONG WOMEN: A 30 minute total body strengthening workout for women. This class will use a variety of equipment to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment.
YOGA FUSION: A class designed to develop core strength, upper & lower body strength, stability, power and flexibility. Unlimited variations incorporating Yoga, Pilates, mat Pilates and athletic training. Weights, bands and balls will be used to focus on the mind body connection, movement, balance, coordination and breathing to relax the mind, increase circulation and reduce stress. Registration and additional fee required for this class (see below for rates).
